This is a great deal, especially if you live by a port. Otherwise, I guess you need to fly SWA, so that if you don't get on, you can cancel the air without penalty....So, yep, I'm READY!
I'm guessing that you need at least 2 people per cabin at $40 each per day, but wondering if it includes taxes and port charges???????/

Employee/Family Discount Rate on Royal Carribean & Celebrity Cruises –
03-17-2012,02:14 PM
Hi,
Please advise how the employee can register and get a person on the list for the special rate of $40/person per day? Does this request go to HR? What is the procedure?
Do you know if the $40 per day includes PORT charges and TAXES? Is the $40 per day the total amount the person would pay for the cruise? (I realize that flights, tips, purchases on board are extra).
How many people can the employee register? We are a family of 4 (all immediate family members of the employee). However, since this is his first cruise, he is unsure of the procedures. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Please advise asap. Thank you.

[QUOTE=DiZ NeE 08;122168]The employee/Family and friends rate is $40/person pre day... The only catch is that it depends on which cruise you are going and what ship because you have to get on a list and hope you get on. They can let you know within a month or even the day before which is the sucky part but compared to what the full price is to get on most of the ships it is Great. Best thing about it is it can be any ship, anywhere any time of the year!

You could check it out online direct through Royal Caribbean and do a comparison between booking with your agent and booking direct with the cruise line. I just looked at a couple of cruises on the Allure in August and they only quoted government fees and taxes, which usually includes port charges.

I am planning a trip with my family on the Allure of theSeas for Feb/2014. Wondering if there are any discounts/promotions out therethat I can benefit from.
If I book it directly from RCI its pretty expensive. Thanks
