Royal Caribbean cruise employee discounted rate... –
11-17-2011,09:22 AM
The employee/Family and friends rate is $40/person pre day... The only catch is that it depends on which cruise you are going and what ship because you have to get on a list and hope you get on. They can let you know within a month or even the day before which is the sucky part but compared to what the full price is to get on most of the ships it is Great. Best thing about it is it can be any ship, anywhere any time of the year!
The only way for you to get the cruise for sure and me offer you a discount is if you pay for the cruise and then I can get you a 10-15% discount on the cruise. but that's if you don't want to wait for the employee rate.
I wanted to go ahead and offer this to you all!!! if you have any further questions just post.

Wow, that's a great deal! And it makes me wonder-I think Royal Caribbean and Princess Cruise Line are owned by the same parent company. DS works for Princess Cruise Lines, yet when I asked him he said he wasn't aware of any family discount. Hmmmmm, methinks it may be just that stuffy ole' Mom and Dad would cramp his style!

Unfortunately princess and royal caribbean are not owned by the same people. The cruise under the same umbrella are celebrity, azamara, tui, and royal caribbean. So if anyone wanted to go on any of those other cruise lines they are also included for the same price I believe. But tui is out of europe and azamara are long cruises. Weeks to months I believe.

I think Princess has a discount program too. But I don't know the amount of the discount. http://www.princess.com/employment/s...its/index.html
