Curves near WDW?

I know that the DVC resorts have good gyms, but I am looking for a Curves nearby so I can do my 3 day a week thing. (it is just easier for me to do my little circuit.)

Does anyone know where there is a Curves near WDW?

Also, what time do the gyms open at the resorts?

I\'m not sure of the exact opening time of the resort gyms, but it\'s early. I\'m pretty sure I\'ve worked out around 6-7am.

I was hoping they were open at least at 7 so I can go and exercise before we are ready to go each morning. If I dont do it first thing, I am afraid I wont do it at all.

I think I will have to call a Curves in Orlando and see if they can tell me which one is closest to DTD since we are staying at OKW for that week. I am betting there is one within a short drive since there seem to be so many.

Mentally - I just have to stick with it before the 1/2 on Saturday (although I will take Friday off of course). If I lost 1/2 a pound, that is one 1/2 pound less to carry with me!

You can go over Hotel Plaza Blvd, turn left onto Apopka-Vineland (at the Crossroads) and take A-V Rd up to Sand Lake, turn right. Dr Phillips Blvd is the 2nd light. I don\'t know exactly where the Cruves is, but it is probably in the shopping center on the left...

I am on a GREAT kick right now and while I might not make it through the 1/2 at a 16 minute mile, I am certainly going to keep on working on getting healthy!
