The look on my son's face every time we enter the park. There is nothing else in this world so far that creates that expression on his little person. PURE JOY AND AWE!!!!!

I have to agree the creation of a place where so many people have had such a good time. The look on my grandsons face when they met Mickey and more so Winnie the Pooh were just the most fantastic memories they are 6 now and a year later still talk about it.

On another point I don't understand why people dislike Eisner so much (I know a point for a different thread) but he came to Disney at a low point and put it back on the map - everything he did was not right but a lot was.

Customer service- how they have created a culture of service that truly makes each and every guest feel like a king or a queen, prince or princess. The excellent service is consistent, quite a feat for such a vast enterprise.

honorable mention: pest control. Seriously, build a resort in a swamp and somehow eliminate the mosquitoes. That's magic.

Not when you consider the prices they were charging the mosquitoes to get in. Six Flags offered free admision, they went there instead.

I'll vouch for that one Ken. We went to SFGA Wednesday evening and it was mosquito "bring a friend for FREE" night. To add insult to the blood loss, Six Flags puts the little spray bottles of Deep Woods OFF out for impulse sale at every Kiosk on the property.

Much like Disney and their ponchos when it rains...
