For our recent stay in a studio we just asked for a room above the first floor (we didn't want a patio) and a studio with a balcony, because there is one studio that doesn't have a balcony.

Is there a preferred floor / location when staying at VWL? Our first VWL visit starts on Saturday and I'm curious if anyone has a preferred location.
