To be honest im floored that people are still willing to pay 140 a point at BLT. Apparently some others feel the same way.

I suspect that another SSR Declaration will happen quite soon. On June 3, 2011, deeds started appearing on the Orange County Comptroller's website for SSR Unit 142C. DVD is now using all of its declared Units at SSR to support sales, and has no declared-but-unused Units left at its disposal. The only question I have about the next SSR declaration is whether DVD will declare all 15 remaining Units -- which account for the 30 remaining TreeHouse Villas -- or whether it will declare those Units in a piecemeal fashion.
