    problems?

Personally, I would hate to see VWL further developed. The appeal to me
is that I feel like I am in the Pine Forest, not WDW. I love the trail
from VWL to FW... if that could be preserved, and the peace and quiet of VWL,
that would be wonderful. Maybe River country is far enough away that VWL would
be unaffected? There are plenty of bustling, crowded, active resorts.
WL is the lone peace and tranquility resort. jmho

As for Grand Flo... I could see that being very popular... but not for me.
My family loves Boardwalk but my home is the Wilderness

I know my parents, my wife & I, and many others agree. It has to stay Wilderness! Hopefully it will regardless of how future DVC resorts get categorized... I don't want my interest in a THV / SSR style merger for VWL & RC to be interpreted as wanting my buildings physically close to WL/VWL!!!

I hope it's true. I would love to have the Grand Floridian apart of DVC.

The question is at what price? BLT ended at $130 to $140 per point before incentives. What will GF be like considering it has to have very limited space in comparison.

BLT started out selling very close to the current pt total at AKL when it became available.
