As the new year quickly approaches, 2011 annual dues balances have made an appearance on DVCMember.com.

Your 2011 dues statement has a section that says what the actual taxes paid for 2010 were. For most resorts it was pretty close to what the estimates were. I don't believe a separate statement is sent beyond that.

I’m just wondering what I give to my accountant to prepare my taxes at the end of the year? Do I just give him some print out from a website or is there an official ad valorem statement from the county?

I think just the printout from the website or a copy of your actual dues statement once the paper one is mailed to you is what you would provide.
You could always contact member accounting if he/she requires some other document, but again I've never heard of anybody getting something from the county either directly or indirectly.-Craig
