No, you're not imagining things. I did change it a couple days ago. Thought it might discourage some of the spammers.
If it proves to be a problem, let me know. I hate to make any sort of knee jerk reactions. Was hoping on the spammers were the ones posting that fast.

I've been occasionally getting error messages saying "This forum requires that you wait 60 seconds between posts. Please try again in..." and that's totally cool, but was it 30 seconds before and fairly recently change to 60 or was that some other [and therefore lesser!
] forum I was thinking of?

Nope, not a problem- good to hear I wasn't imagining it though!
FYI, I like to open multiple threads in tabs from the user CP or New Posts pages and then flip through them. Sometimes I apparently bounce form one to the next pretty quickly while replying, but I can always just leave a post open and click around another tab or two then come back to submit! Hope it works and cuts spam down!!!
