Kouzzina closing for rehab in December

Is it me or does Kouzzina seem awfully new (only open about a year?) to be having a two week refurb already?

we were just there in late september and it didn't seem bad. but who knows. I do know the food was DELICIOUS!

I agree I do wonder about the rehab, I assumed maybe painting? I don't know. The restaurant is new but the building itself isn't since it used to be Spoodles...Maybe plumbing work?

They turned it around pretty quickly last year when it went from Spoodles to Kouzzina. Perhaps they knowingly left some changes on the drawing board in the interest of getting it re-opened as quickly as possible. Or perhaps after being open for a year managers decided they wanted to make some other tweaks to the location. The changes may not even be cosmetic--could be new kitchen facilities or something like that.

Interestingly they just re-closed the Luna pool at BWV for another re-hab after just openning in this past March

Hi,

FYI, I called ADR's today. I asked about kouzzina, I found out that they cancelled our 12/14 dinner @ 7p.m. on 10/8!!!! No letter or anything. Strange! Ressie start back up on 12/15. I was able to get the 16th @ 8:15 p.m. So I'd check your ADR's for kouzzina.
