Colors of the buildings look like Pop Century, so that's my guess, although I have never noticed this structure there.

You are right, Mar. Its the doghouse for Lady and the Tramp. Its located in the '50s decade at Pop Century between the big statues for Lady and for Tramp.

Wow how did I miss that? I love Lady and the Tramp and have stayed in the 50's section with the huge statues.. I wonder if they added it later, or I just plain didn't see it?
