    Yes that was taken in front of the France Pavillion, right next to the kiosk that sells drinks there. That's where the Owner's Locker meet up takes place on Tuesday evenings, and the gentleman with his arms around the two ladies is John, the creator and owner of Owner's Locker. The other folks are matysgranma (pam) and katheyseb, kathy's DH and Pam's DH.
