My first guess would of been what Mar said because the one in their lobby looks a lot like this one (plus I've stayed at BCR and not GFR).

Thanks for making me feel better about my wrong guess. Believe it or not I thought of the GF but I was picturing that wide staircase in the center of the lobby, forgetting there are smaller staircases at the end.

Is your pic the dog kennel at the TTC?

I don't think it is a dog kennel (maybe used to be) but you are at the right place TTC. I was told it was the lost and found building. I don't know the technical name Disney has for it. I was picking up my cell phone I lost the day before. Anywho...

Yes the kennel and the lost and found shared a building at one time. I thought they removed the pluto topiary once the kennel was gone, hence my guess. Now the kennel's on bonnet parkway near Port Orleans. Here's a pic of the building when it was both a lost and found as well as a kennel:

I am going to say that this was taken at the Winter Summerland Mini Golf course since it looks like mickey is made out of sand.

You're definitely on the right track but that's not the place. Hint: If you read the current trip report written by wdrl and denlo you'll get a really good idea of where this was taken...
