It looks like Waldo is in the Main Street square facing Tony's Restaurant. It threw me a little because the buildings on corner going up Main Street are covered in tan canvas. I'm so used to the covers that are painted to look like the store fronts.

I can't remember the store name, but I'll describe the location where I think it is. In Tomorrowland, on the left as you face the Tea Cups in Fantasyland. I think there are restrooms next to the store, just before the store, if I remember correctly. I think Auntie ???'s Galactic Goodies food place was near there too. Do you know where I'm thinking?
