Right now the best way to get a Club 33 membership is to find a member who is selling their membership as cheesy as that sounds.

Members are allowed to do that. I don't know what they'd charge you for it but I'd guess a little more than the initial membership cost.

There's the tricky part. You'd have to find a member and ask him/her if either they or any member they know is thinking of selling their membership which is extremely rare. I've also heard that the bulk of the memberships are corporations and not individuals which is why there is such a long wait and membership transfers are rare.
