Yes, but if it is Tarzan, do you really care?

Roz, good job. But expected at this point. But still. VERY. GOOD. JOB!

AH! My breakfast at the little cafe we eat after every run consisted of 2 scrambled eggs with cheese, cheese grits, sausage patty, raisin toast with strawberry preserves, fruit, and a 20 oz glass of Chocolate Milk. I think I covered what I burned and then some LOL!

I really didn't mean to peacock on my time, I just really wanted to see if I could do it. I think I might have a 50% chance of doing it for the Porncess, with the bottlenecking, traffic, bus fumes, etc etc. The only reason I went for the time today was my coach challenged me to try for it.

And Pleeeze Gail, you are doing so awesome, I think out of all of us, I am most proud of you. And I mean that. You have such a nice steady pace, I can see you smoking by me in a whirlwind.

Nono, how motivating would that be to have Tarzan reeling us in? Gosh we could PR.

On a serious note, what is neat about Team Peacock and we have all had our own challenges we have overcome to make it this far. Gosh, I am kinda getting choked up thinking about how far all of us have come.

So in figuring out my race plan, here's what sucks: 8 min. miles. To make a day of it, I am thinking I'm going to have to suck up the fact that it'll be a very uneven paced race. So, for a few miles, I have to expect 9-10-11 min miles. To make up for those, I need to hit 8 of the 13.1 miles at a 8 min/mi pace.

Not always possible. Any given Sunday right?

It's something we keep saying we need to do sooner rather than later. (love how I invite ourselves?) Gail, would you like to do Discovery Cove in Oct?
Roz...it's not for sure that I will be going in Oct./ but am hoping I will. If I do make it down I would love to do Discovery Cove.

OH, and add me as a tagalong for Sea World too nono if I make it down.

I really think you will be surprised with your more front corral that it won't bottleneck that much for you! Think very positive

Seriously, Gail, if we're gonna run together, I plan to walk when you do and if you feel like running, we'll do that too. I can adjust to what you do; I am sure of it!

This weekend is an 8 miler for me, but I might see if I can go for more. We'll see how it goes tomorrow. I ran out of Cliff blocks so I got some Gummies the other day. Always have my G2 on my runs.
I don't do G2 so I figure I need those blocks for the electrolytes
