Heck yeah! I also figured out today that if I get up early enough, I can LR before our flight to france in two weeks. That way I'll only potentially miss one week of LRs. I won't be getting up Roz house early, but early!

Don't blame ya'; I can only think of two people who do that, and they live there!

Seriously though, congrats on the mid-week long & enjoy your bread!

Have an appointment today for an evaluation regarding custom orthotics. I'm still over pronating with the store bought ones. I've had some time without pain, but not much. At least the pain isn't as severe.

JRB- Less severe is a start; GL!

Sinus headache this morning (prob. due to weather changes) but otherwise I'm good and I banged out 45 min. of mill intervals!

    CN- Happy birthday!!!

    Everyone: Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Almost time to take the corned beef out of the fridge and fire up the crock pot...

I hope the custom orthotics help! They really helped Noel, and he's actually in the process of being fitted for a new pair in prep for Donald training!

DG-Thanks for the birthday wishes. I'm officially in my last year of being young. I posted my 30 before 30 list on the blog this morning--quite a few running goals on there!

CN- 30= old? That might get you in trouble with some people... Personally I wonder when I'll officially become middle-aged; is that 40? If so I still have ~4.5 years.

If I get a chance I'll try and check out your blog later today. I also want to go back and read that running watches thing; didn't get to it last night. However, I need to get my butt in gear and shower then head to work- time is flying this morning!

DG-I know it's not old. I'm joking (JOKING before folks start lobbing virtual tomatoes in my direction!) In fact, I don't think 40 is old either (that's what I tell Noel--he's 41!). It's more of a joke with me and my old friends--when we were kids, Baltimore/DC was going for the olympics in 2012. We figured out how old we were going to be and we discovered it was 30! WE WOULD BE SO OLD!! We've laughed about it ever since--especially now that 2012 is approaching
