    Crickets everywhere but not a Peacock in sight?

    Well, maybe some continued squawking from me will eventually call people back!

    Swam 1800 yards yesterday, mostly at a recovery pace due to Sat.'s long. Hit the ellip this morning feeling pretty good except for a headache. It is starting to dissipate some; I hope that trend continues! Off to the shower and then work...

    Sorry been MIA. Nursing a strained soleus. Which is your powerhouse muscle in your calf for hills. My race Sunday is all hills. Thoughts are from DNS to DNF. Judy got back from my sports Doc, who thinks he may can get me to start line. Honestly if I can't race it I just assume to volunteer on course.

    Also I asked Tim to lock this thread, and we will start a new one. Might help speed for some. Don't worry Peacocks, just moving next door!
