Oh Roz...I'm so sorry to hear that you are feeling sick...at first I thought the symptoms sounded a lot like......nomodinking! Hoping its neither ulcers nor gall bladder but instead just some bad food/drink . Sometimes if I've eaten something wrong for me, it takes a week to get it all out of my system....whatever it is , hoping they figure it out soon.

Didn't hear from my doc today, so I'm assuming all is well. Feel mucho better since that monitor went back...funny how I can psych myself out that way...it was like the batteries were causing my electronics (inner) to mess up!!!!

Awwww rozaroo no fair! You have enough to deal with without this latest issue. I hope the results show something that is easily fixed. Sending love and a huge hug to you!

    Rozzie - Oh no! and
nono - Yes, I am an idiot. Duathlon = Run and bike. I knew that. DOn't know why I spoke of swimming. I can't imagine running in regular biker shorts. They feel funny to me to walk in, so I can't imagine runnign in them. I would go with tri pants, which would have the lighter paddign adn whatever shirt you run in. JMO. I'm sure a full tri suit would eb fine too, but may be over kill adn I think I'd rather run adn bike in one of my lighter running tops.

Gail - You'll get tehre. For eyars I wwore that I'd never do a tri, as I'd have to sometimes do runa dn do soemthign else teh same day. I'm osrt of over that now. ALso, my legs are enjoying a little break from only running. You are doing great!!! DOn't look at what others are doing, just concentrate on how far you've come. WHen dh and I started forgive me if you've heard this 10 times), we did teh first 8 weeks of MFM trainign to w/r a half. Then, we did 8 weeks for r/w adn half, tehn, but July we were on to run the half. By August, we went to full. WIth each step, though, we figured we'd see how we did and if we had to r/w oor w/r, that ould be ok. As for as you are now, I'm guessing you shoudl be able to w/r in plent of time fro Princess. However, some people just don't do running. I have firend who have tried to go to a w/r to a r/w ad discover that they're knees can't take it. There's nothing wrong with that. I do recommend tha tyou try Chi Running before you give up on it all together, though if you get to that point. OK, way more than you needed to know.

NO Carrie -- you were right...It's a SWIM-RUN du....but alas, it's tomorrow night and Mr Nono will be out of town, so PHOOEY, once again, I'm the one that has to give up my plans.

BTW, my money's on Gail evolving into a runner. She has the soul of a runner. Besides, biker/running chicks are the coolest of all*. Which once again, puts me firmly in dork category, as I've never been on a motorcycle....

Gail you are doing awesome! And yes, we have the same goal, I just want to finish the dern thing.

Thanks for all the well wishes, I'm doing better today. Still a little woozy but better, I hate working with my Doctor though, as I tried weasling out of my U/S tomorrow and he said I really needed to have it. I just hate tests if they are unnecessary. He just wants to rule out the whole gallbladder issue. But I am feeling confident everything is fine, and will be fine, so much so I'm getting back on the TM tonight. I mean, what's the worse that can happen?

    Be careful ROzzie!

Gail - WHo knows when teh maps will be out. Seems liek fro ToT the maps didn't come out until 3 or 4 months before. Here's teh link for teh marathon map. It sounds like you will just start at teh race track, do a lap, and then head towrsds teh 14 mile mark of teh full marathon and finish teh same as teh full.

    http://adisneyworldsports.disney.go....nCourseMap.pdf

Thanks fro rminding me that this will be a half marathon on teh worst part of the full marathon course. Knew tehre were reasons for me not doing it. On the flip side, although ther are some boring miles, I'm sure it won't be as bad when you are fresh. The last 3 miles are kind of cool.
