A few weeks ago, I made an ADR at Jiko. I wanted a time close to 6:30, but the closest I could get was at 5:40. Last night, I double-checked, and now 6:15 had opened up, so I took that time. However, there was no prompt that I had already booked another time close to it. So currently I have 2 ADRs at the same restuurant, since I'd have to take the time to find my first confirmation #, then cancel. Too lazy and tired last night. If I was on the phone with a CM, I could just say "OK, then cancel the 5:40 one", she'd find it and it would be cancelled. Since I don't like people double-booking, at some point soon, I'll call and cancel that earlier ADR, but what I saw, or rather didn't see, last night makes me worry that it may be too easy for people to double-book ADRs with this on-line system. Anyone else notice that?
