There are some legitimate ticket brokers out there--but there are some that are not legit. I don't know anything about the reserveorlando.com, hopefully someone else will be able to help you.
I can recommend ticketmania.com, I used them several times and have always got great service from them. If you sign up for the newsletter at mousesavers.com you'll get a special link to an even bigger discount at ticketmania.

The prices are cheaper then Disney....was wondering if anyone has ever used them. Need to get a ticket for DH for our Sept. trip.
