DH just reminded me today that we are now in the double digit countdown!!! 97 days to go!! Have been so busy I didn't even realize it. Also thinking about heading down earlier and doing a 2 night cash stay at POR before we check in to BWV. Always wanted to stay there for some reason.

Staying at a moderate sounds good to me before checking into your DVC resort. And it extends your vacation! I too want to stay POR sometime. I've heard they have a wonderful food court too.

51 days until our July/August vacation at POP (2 nights) and SSR (10 nights). We're using those holding points!

Well we are down to 90 days till our first stay at the Beach Club - I am worse than the kids I am excited already.

Denise- POR is great before we bought DVC it was where we always stayed when in the world. Your right the food court and pool are great, the only thing we did not like was the TS but they could of been having a bad night when we were there.

I understand your excitement Minne's Friend. I get excited when we have a countdown to book a reservation! Today we booked two extra days at POR-Riverside, in the Magnolia Bend area, in of the new Royal Guest Rooms for the beginning of our November Trip. But we went with the standard view. After staying at a DVC resort with a balcony, a moderate room's idea of a view isn't exactly the same. I've heard good things about the food court at POR. Your comment is the first one I've heard about the TS. I'm not surprised though, I think that is pretty standard for a moderate TS restaurant to be considered so so.

As of today it is 42 days or 6 weeks until we arrive at POP Century (2 nights) and then we head to SSR in 44 days!
