Hi everyone!
It took me a while to catch up. You guys have been busy (and I'm glad)! Jen, if I were you, I'd check out why I wasn't accepted. It might be a paperwork glitch or too many people ahead of you on a waitlist. Nothing that can't be mended. Don't let it get you down.
Viking-congrats on the wedding. Did the bride carry bacon roses?
CBR-I wish I could go in May. We've done it once, and it was tough when I got back to work as seniors are done early and exams are right there. It's tough to leave with everything in the barn right now, too. (Lambies)
Stitch, I LOL'd on the broken promise to not break any more bones. My brother was like that growing up. Glad your vacation was great.
DG-when you guys go to WDW, do you fly? If so, do you go from CAK? Are there any good deals from there? We've flown from CLE and CMH, but airfare is ridiculous right now. I keep seeing ads for the Art of Animation Studios and looked at booking a trip. Airfare is more than half the cost of the room!
Well, I am off to do some housework.
I would rather do anything else.
Have a great weekend my fellow nothingers!
Susan

Yes, usually we pick AirTran direct flights out of CAK to MCO. Luckily we live roughly the same distance between it and CLE so that gives us flexibility. As for deals, the prices have certainly been going up over the last few years; we used to get under $100 each way per person, now we typically look at $150 to $160...

Laura - So wish we could get another WDW trip in. Vacation is so limited. Maybe you can hope things get crazier and i get more comp time, Miss you and PJ too!
Jenn - Laura is 100% right. You'd do really well to take 1 or even 2 years at a junior or community college and save a on of money.
Stitch - Junior prom? Killing me! Oh no for DS! He was supposed to b done after the arm. So glad pink slips were avoided. It's my favorite color but not good that way.
Happy weekend everyone!

When we bought DVC we expected the airfare to stay lower ... stupid

Will be interesting to see what happens with Delta prices in a few months. They bought their own refinery just outside Philly.

Maybe it was something stupid like the program being full this semester and you can get on the list early for next...
