Excuse me while I do a happy dance.

My first trip to WDW was in 1996 for my honeymoon. Waited 4 years for my next trip and 3.5 for the one after that. In 2004, we bought DVC. Still, I waited 2 years fro my first trip. After that, I was thrilled that they were annual. We didn't have over 7 park days, though, so 10-day non-exp were best. Next year, we plan to be in WDW for at least 2 trips and at least 8 parks days!! This is so huge for me!

lol. I read that the DVC website was already showing the increase. So, I e-mailed dh to see if I should save $42 and buy now.

Here's his reply. I added the bold.

Worst case, the winter vacation doesn’t happen. I guess we will just have to go down on our own some time and take advantage of the AP’s.
    Couldn't you just hug him?

Actually, he's talking about an extra fall trip, even if we do the winter trip. I love being marreid to another WDW addict!

So, I now have an AP. Well, a voucher. Well, a voucher shoudl arrive next week. So, I got nuttin', but I know good things are coming.

    Thanks for letting me gush.

I thought an AP holder was that little cardboard thingy they come in with all the little perk pages in print so small you can't read it with a Hubble telescope.

I ordered my APs on Monday, and they arrived in today's mail. So you'll probably get the vouchers sooner than you think.

We were going to WDW regularly, twice a year. That is until we bought into DVC. Now we go three or four times a year.

I suspect you'll have a good opportunity to use those APs.

Seeing as you're having such a good time tugging on legs, it's time for payback! Take this:
    And this
    And this
And one of these for good measure!

The print is only too small too read if your eyes are real old (Had to get that in since I just found out I'm older than you-we almost share a birthday....um, a few years apart).

    Carrie,
We bought our first AP the year of our tenth wedding anniversary.

We have not looked back since.

The only thing we have not done yet is we talked about when we got the APs that we would fly down for some long weekends. Even if all we did was sit around at the resort.

Getting Ron on a plane is still a challenge to me.
    Maybe some day.......

    Congrats on the APs.
Next to Disney, my favorite thing to do!
