The "Be our Guest" Restaurant is a QS for Lunch and a TS for Dinner. And Gaston's will be a QS all the time. http://www.disneyfoodblog.com/2012/0...s-fantasyland/

CS in the new Fantasyland? –

As usual, I'm a little confused about CS availability in the new Fantasyland. I never heard about Gaston's Tavern. Will there be 2 new CS resturants at lunchtime and one new one at dinnertime? Are these just additional resturants in the MK, or do you think Disney is planning to eliminate one it has currently (or at least add it to that mysterious "seasonal" list)? Does anyone know what kind of food Gaston's Tavern will offer? Is it slated to be open in early December?

Yeah, but even then, isnt the "Be Our Guest" QS actually a modified QS where the order is placed at the counter but brought to you by a server? Or did I read that wrong? Whereas Gaston's would be a true QS restaurant.

All I've heard is that it's a counter service at lunch and TS at dinner. Not sure how they are going to it. But it would be a real change if you are served at a QS restaurant.

Correct
From the DisneyParks Blog:
http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blo...oon-august-20/Lunch is quick and casual, with guest-activated terminals that make ordering a snap (there also will be traditional cashiers for cash orders and special dietary requests). You order, take a seat and lunch is delivered to your table – on china, not paper. Dinner is table service. You can find the lunch and dinner menus here.Last edited by JaxFLBear; 08-17-2012 at 05:55 PM.
