I'm not sure why, but Disney almost always seems to take close to 30 days to issue its ROFR decision, regardless of whether it waives its Right or decides to step in and take over the transaction. Hang in there!!!

Just found out earlier today that Disney waived their ROFR!

Looks like we've got a little more waiting to do, but we're in the final stretch now!

Congratulations on passing ROFR. Has your closing date been set yet? Before you know it your member's account will be set up with DVC.

Not yet. It was just stated that I should receive my closing documents in approx 10 days. I guess I'm still probably 2-3 weeks out based on that.
