Just checked out of BCV this morning and they also have the RFID locks installed now.

Any word on plans for VGC going RFID?

We just returned last night from the BWV and they have the RFID there also. It was a little weird because we did online check-in which was great, but the CM forgot to explain the RFID. We were trying to figure out where to stick the card, moving it around near the lock and then it "clicked". Not a big deal, but a heads-up would have been helpful.

When you think about it there are many people out there that are technically challenged and would never figure it out. You'd think they would at least hand out a flyer about the new locks, if the CMs don't want to take the time to explain it. Besides the system knows when you last stayed at WDW and that should have given the CM the heads up that the lock was changed since your last visit.
