Maybe thats the thing they need to do to get people in there. Listened to the show ONCE, but fell asleep halfway thru. Won't make that mistake again. The listening part, not the sleeping part....

I wish they still did an opening show of some kind; I've tried at least three times to see it at DHS but due to SWW, being delayed by people I was traveling with, and them not holding it on my last trip I've never actually seen it and perhaps now I'll never get a chance to.

having only done it once, I think Disney is saving on personelle costs by not doing a rope drop. I remember that we were allowed in to maybe the Hat, then we had to follow behind about 8 cast members who led the way to TSM. I liked that the green men walked with us the last 50 feet or so. Lots of peeps ran to the FP line, but I decided to just go on the ride and had a wait of maybe 5 minutes. There were still FPs when I came out,so of course I grabbed one and rode it again , and again, and again...in fact 7 times before I had to leave to catch my flight!

People that we travel with are warned.. we are there early and we leave late... you don't have to come with us or keep up with us, but we are not waiting for you!!

Sorry you didn't get to see it... maybe they will replace it with something else soon..

We've done one trip with extended family (wife's side) and I told her that I would advise when asked, offer tips and such but I WAS NOT going to be the tourguide. It worked out well because the extended family wanted to do Commando and they knew we wanted no part of that. So when we decided to head to a park, Millie would call and ask which park they were in and we'd head the opposite direction.

I heard they had a good time.
