rental car places near SSR

If my waitlist for BLT doesn't come through for the first week in December, we will be staying at SSR. If that happens, I think I'd like to rent a car soon after we arrive. Since we are flying into MCO, we plan to use Disney's Magical Express to get to the resort. Where is a convenient place to rent a car near SSR that is not too expensive?

I believe that Alamo has a rental agency on WDW property -- and if you call them, they will come out and pick you up.
I used them once to "drop-off" a car .. The facility is located near the Magic Kingdom ..

The location is just south of the racetrack. They are connected to the same lot as the gas station at the exit of the Magic Kingdom. I have also used DME to take me back to the airport to get a rental car. And have heard that some of the DTD Good Neighbor Hotels have rental facilities within them (so bus to DTD and then short walk...
