    Default New To The Club – 07-31-2012,07:44 AM
    We are new to DVC and the Forum having just closed on our purchase at Aulani. My wife and I have 4 kids and we are planning our first vacation for this November at Saratoga Springs and then a trip to our Home resort in April. We are looking forward to years of enjoyment in the Club! It's a bit daunting getting started with all of this but I am hunting around trying to get all the information I can before proceeding with the bookings. The first problem I've run into is not being able to see the bonus points we received (Redeemable at Saratoga Springs) in our on-line account. I am going to call our selling agent to get some help with that. Looking forward to getting started!!!

    Have you called ms (member services)? Maybe they have the points show on their computer...

    Congratulations and welcome home. I think that's pretty common that the developer points don't show up on your online system. That way we cannot erroneously book at different resort versus SSR. I agree with the above post about calling member services (MS).
