1. DME seems to me to be inconsistent. I've been dropped off first, second, and third on various trips. So I don't think there is a definitive answer to this question.
2. You walk to Epcot, or take the boat from BCV to BWV to Epcot. (walking is definitely faster). You take the boat to DHS, or walk if you enjoy a nice 15-20 minute stroll. It's one of my favorite paths in all of WDW, and it's almost always deserted, or nearly so. Since I generally stay at BWV, and we share buses with Swan and Dolphin, I can't say for sure about the bus service at BCV. I do know they share with YC.
Hopefully someone who has stayed at BCV will weigh in with more definitive answers about the bus service. At BWV I have rarely waited more than 10 minutes for a bus to the MK or AK. DTD buses seem to be a little less frequent.

I think what you really want to know is if the DME service is directfrom the airport to the resort. Yes and no. You will travel directly from the airport to the Disney property. However, they will usually put multiple resorts on the same bus. Being that you are staying at BCV you will probably also have guests from Swan and Dolphin, Yacht Club and BW/BWV. Which stop you are just depends on the driver's route as they try to make it as easy as possible on the stops and turns.
As for the Disney Transportation buses to and from the park, you will get a mix of BCV only buses and Epcot Resorts buses (which are the resorts listed above). Typically you will see the individual resort buses at the opening and closing hours of any given park as they are busier times. During the middle of the day and to Downtown Disney you will get the multi resort buses since there are fewer people travelling around the parks.

while I cant speak for DME, I can give you a little on transportation to the parks. The true magic of BCV is that walk to the back gate of EPCOT. It is so nice and a really short walk to what feels like your own private entrance (never crowded). The boats to DHS are nice, and the busses to MK an AK are about average for a WDW resort. If your feeling spunky and have hopper tickets you can walk through EPCOT (including an empty, quiet and beautiful world showcase) and take the Monorail to MK! It really is an awesome way to start your day (esspecially on a EPCOT EMH day).

ME seems to vary every visit, but often includes stops at POR, YC, and BWV. The order seemed to change every time we went.

Nice location for ECV - good wide walking path to/from Epcot and DHS and monorail access to MK so you don't have to wait for a bus and go thru all that.
I agree with everyone else with DME inconsistency altho the pattern I've notice is they seem to stop at moderates first and then it's up for grabs whether they go to value next or DVC. Our last trip the driver drove to Pop Century and nobody got off except him - for a moment.
