Prices for Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas increased as expected but incentives remain the same. *

I'm starting to feel like our original BLT purchase in 2009 was a bargain at $104 a point.

I know what you mean Sharon. In fact I thought it was a lot until BLT hit $150 per point.

Have to say I am glad we bought when we did - not sure about these prices - seems like the increase compared to previous years is accelerated

Something I forgot to post was that when I originally purchased DVC direct I ended up paying about $96/pt as the per pt price was $104/pt and if I bought 160 they would give me $8/pt for my down payment and they gave me 160pts to use the same year as akv had not been assigned/build yet. Only catch is that the 160pts could only be used at SSR. I would still choose my resale of $68/pt price.
