A little confused

Ready to book for June 2013 at AKV. 9 night stay, prefer a savannah view
My use year is August...0 points in 2011 left
112 left for 2012
225 coming in 2013

we will be approx. 14 points short

I know the one time use points are an option but what else can I do?
Can I borrow from 2014 yet or next month?

Just confused and work is driving me crazy.....

First of all since you are booking using your home resort advantage between 8 and 11 months before your reservation, you cannot purchase one time use points. You have to be booking at the 7 month mark to use those points.

Since you will be in your 2012 UY in June 2013, the only points you can borrow are your 2013 points. Your 2014 points can be borrowed for a reservation starting with August 1, 2013 through July 31, 2013, or used during your regular UY of 08/14 through 07/15 or banked even further out in your 2015 UY.

I say you need to rent some points, stay somewhere cheaper or book one less day. Or there's always the chance of addonitis striking.

One other thought, we also own at BLT and will have some points available there (2013).... can't I use those at the 7 month window to add what is needed to my ressie???

Yes, you can use your BLT points at the 7 month mark to add another day to your reservation. You can commingle all of your available points once you hit the 7 month window.

I guess this comes up when there are 3 WDW trips planned in an 8 month span..
