I'm very anxious to see what the point values are like to stay there. However, since I suspect that they'll be high; and since I'm pretty thrifty with points (that's a big reason I love AKV values so much), I probably won't stay there.

That's an interesting photo. I'm looking forward to seeing the completed building. I wonder if there will be a beach area on the water or will it continue to be rocks?

But what-ever it will be, there is no doubt in my mind that many DVC members will go there ..

Have no interest in staying at GF our VGF.
But I'm betting they will announce that pool hopping to GF will be discontinued as soon as the new resort opens.
