I was just on the website for Orange County Comptroller and DVD put in paperwork on opening Phases 80 through 88 at AKV. I didn't read that far but it looks like they are the third floor above the currently selling phases. If someone with more understanding of this stuff wants to look at it it is at the below website submitted today.
