    Default Member Services outage Thursday (Updated) – 06-14-2012,09:30 AM
    UPDATE 1:20pm: *Services have been restored. *DVC members can resume booking online and through DVC Member Services.

    June 14, 2012; 11:30am: *Disney Vacation Club Member Services' computer systems are currently unavailable. *Online and telephone reservations cannot be processed at this time. *

    This is an unscheduled outage and there is currently no ETA for system restoration. *Additional information will be provided as it becomes available.

    As of 1:10 pm, accounting was up. She said Member Services was still down, but I didn't personally check.

    Before I made my previous post, I logged on and checked the on-line reservation system and it was working.

    I wonder what the cause was... Hopefully no transactions (especially ressies!) were lost as the outage began.
