I can't wait for sales to begin for the Villas at Grand Floridian. Not because we intend to buy any points but because I can't wait to start tracking sales and declarations at another DVC resort.

One story down and four to go! Actually it looks like part of the first floor still needs to be completed. I missed that the Beach pool at the GF was being remodeled.

I wasn't aware of the pool as well. Is it just an expansion or is there a new pool going in?

This blue print is all I've been able to find. It does not explain what is new or old. But I think the water play area might be new.

I heard they were putting in a new water area, but I could be wrong. I can't wait to buy some Grand Floridian points, even if its only a few.
