Need help making requests on my Aulani reservation

I have a reservation at Aulani for a 2 bedroom lock-off suite (Ocean view). I need your help on what requests I should make.

It has been a rough year for me and my family. This vacation has been the one thing that has allowed us to focus on and make it thru these rough times.


I need to ensure that I am not making any mistakes by missing something.

You might want to check out this thread by wdrl on the Rooms and Views for Aulani. We haven't been to Aulani yet so can't really give you any advice.

Some people ask for rooms near the lobby and a high floor. Those rooms give a more direct view of the ocean as well as view of the pools, and lazy river.

Sorry it's been such a rough year. Hopefully a break at Aulani will help.
