I am sorry if I missed this but where will this new ride be placed?
If I read correctly they will be replacing the snow white ride with a princess meet n' greet, correct?

This week is the final days for fans of Snow White's Scary Adventure as it will be closing on June 1, 2012.
Here's the link to the article on the Disney Parks Blog: http://disneyparks.disney.go.com/blo...+Parks+Blog%29
Here's part of the article:
The article also has a simulation YouTube of the 7 dwarfs mine ride. I got a little queasy watching the swaying cars. The New Fantasyland expansion is continuing, and work is about to begin on Princess Fairytale Hall, a royal meet-and-greet area that will replace the existing Snow White’s Scary Adventures attraction. Since our readers are some of the biggest Disney fans out there, we wanted to share that the attraction’s final day of operation will be May 31, to make way for this new character experience.Located in the Castle Courtyard in the center of Fantasyland, Princess Fairytale Hall will be the new home for visiting royalty in the Magic Kingdom. The castle-like entrance will feature walls of stone and stained glass windows. The entrance will open into a large gallery – an airy space with a high ceiling and portraits of Disney Princesses. When it’s time for their audience with a princess, guests will proceed to an elegantly finished room to meet her. Princess Fairytale Hall is set to debut in late 2013.
I'm really glad we rode Snow White's Scary Adventure during our October trip. It looks like another classic is being replaced.--Denise

Yes, there will be a Princess Meet and Greet area where Snow White's Scary Adventure is located.
The Seven Dwarfs Mine Ride is going to be located in the the New Fantasyland Expansion area, somewhere between the Storybook Circus and the Fantasyland Expansion fence near the Tea Cups.--Denise

Will miss this ride - its one we always do because it was the first ride we went on as a family back when the kids were 4, 8 and 10. It was one of the few that we could ride as a family. They said the step-mother use to scare the kids so they changed it a few years ago but it never seems to scare ours. Another one we miss is Mr Toad's wild ride.

I knew it was closing so I rode it mulitple times last month. In all honesty it has never been a favorite of mine, I have always felt it was just "ok". I don't know if others feel the same way and that is the reason the line for the attraction was always the shortest one in Fantasyland, or if was the "Mean witch scare factor". However I did make sure to videotape the entire thing, so I have it forever--although no doubt it can be found on Youtube.

It was always a short line into an air conditioned building. Don't think I'll really miss it. Look forward to the new mine ride.

We rode this ride last week knowing it would be the last time. A little sad.
As for it having the shortest line, that's probably due to "scary" in the title. Seriously. There are always so many kids in the line afraid, crying and pleading with their parents to not make them ride it. I used to tell my kids to watch the exit door and see how many people (kids) were smiling and not crying when they came out. Still, it's sad to see a classic go away.
Anybody know when the new coaster is supposed to open?
