OK, some of us would like you to post a picture, if you don't mind. I watch "On the Fly" all the time and I don't know what you look like. I wanna be able to say I know someone on TV.

While I have watched that southwest show that was on in the past - good for a laugh that's for sure - I'll never fly them again. They are 0-2 in my book. first time ruined a brand new suitcase and the second time I got major verbal abuse from the gate agent. I wish I could go back and get that guys name and file a written complain against him. Yes, 3 years later it still bothers me. The filight was delayed and I asked him politely when our new estimated arrival time was as I "had somewhere to be." That somewhere was the kennel where my cat was being boarded, and I was cutting it close as it was (I had to be there by 6pm to pick him up before they closed). The agent's response was "don't we all have somewhere to be?" and a few other unprofessional things. After I asked him a third time he finally resopnded - and I think I was in too much shock from his abusive attitude to get his name. I wrote downt he converstion but what I really should have done was file a written complaint against him. I'd rather pay more money to fly on US Air than get treated like I was trash. My dad's response was "well that's Philly for you" - that's where we are from and it was at PHL that this happened. Still, having been in retail since I got out of highschool in 1985, that is really not the way to speak to a customer.

Great suggestion Dan! I agree the bench shot is a goodie, I also like the shot taken with Pluto. But when did you become British?

Kimmy i thought i may have seen you for a second when the camera was passing the counter at one point. But it was such a quick shot i was far from sure. Maybe this week we'll get a distinct shot. Hope so!

Yes, last weeks episode had for a few seconds! I was with Margarita in a couple shots. It showed me at a gate with her while we were denied boarding to a drunk. I hope they show me on this weeks episode! I have gone to training in Dallas with Chris from Baltimore, he was on this past weeks show. He is a really great and funny guy.
