How do I add a Countdown Banner to my signatures?

I love everyone's Countdown tickers in the forum so I went into Mickeypath.com to create a countdown banner and the URL code is:

Unfortunately, I don't know what to do with this to get it to work. Can someone with computer expertise help me out with this? I'm not sure where I need to set it up and I'm not sure if everything above has to be copied or if it needs to be tweaked to make it work. The instructions said to copy it and so I did and added it to the URL box under Signatures in my settings. I got an Invalid File message so I'm obviously not doing something right.

I am going to try this one more time to see if I was putting the code in the wrong spot for my signatures. If it shows up I finally got it right.
