You won't be disappointed in Le Cellier. The food is outstanding.

Can't get ADR I want!! –

Sooooo mad I can't get an ADR at Yachtsman Steakhouse for any of our vacation days in September. I did get Le Cellier and I hope it is just as good. Was thinking about Shula's but I am not sure. Any suggestions for another good steak house on property?
Past Disney trips: 1982 5 days off property, 2007 6 days in vacation home, 2010 14 days at the Polynesian(10 days in the parks!), January 2011 3 days buena vista plaza. September 2011 at AKV(10th anniversary), September 2012 at BWV(11th anniversary) Future trip: July 2013 AKV 2-bedroom.

If you really want the Yachtsman try again for an ADR, call CS and see what they can possibly do for you. Have been known to get ADRs at later dates than the 180 days mark because people cancel resides all the time, and since a credit card is required now more people will be canceling instead of just ignoring ADRs. I am also among the minority here - I do not like LeCellier found it to be disappointing. But you may love itso you need to try for yourself.

I agree that you should keep calling to see if something frees up. I guess I am also in the minority as I think LeCellier is over-rated.

Try the Crew Cup (bar next to the Yachtsman). They serve an abbreviated menu which you can probably access of the food served at the yachtman. I actually prefer the Crew Cup to the Yachtsman - lots of brass and wood.

I am with you (and Minnie's Friend)I don't care for Le Cellier much at all and think it's overated. I have never been to Yachtsman but I have tried Shula's and thought it was way better than Le Cellier. It's one of my favorite restaurants at WDW, although the cost is high so I don't eat there often.
