Good luck - we were so overwhelmed by everything that we wished we'd either stayed longer and go again. SO much to do = incredible

Yeah that's one fear that I have. But the way I see it is hopefully two things 1) it will encourage me to do it again and 2) Disney will see that Manhattan is a popular port and do some longer cruises out of it coz with living in Connecticut NYC is so much easier to do a cruise out of.

I'm afraid that two nights will be over before it starts almost.

Enjoy the cruise! Chances are you'll be hooked!

Oh that was so true for us too. We did a 3sea/4land combo in 2008 for our first trip to the World and our first cruise. We had a great time... ended up buying DVC in 2009

I found the 3 nights way too short, not in a bad way, just not enough time to do and see EVERYTHING!!!! I agree that you will be hooked. I just booked a 7 night on the Fantasy for 2013 so we will see how the longer amount of time goes...

I'd like to try a Disney cruise sometime, but unless/until they allow solos to book for not so much more than doubles, it's not on my radar.

Love the ships, been on the Magic, Wonder and Dream and even on the 7 day cruises it is hard to do all you want. I find myself staying up late and getting up early just trying to fit all the fun in. Now even doing that I find it still isn't anywhere as hectic as the parks as you aren't walking as much and it is more flexible and far more relaxing. If I was going for only two days I might go crazy trying to do everything I would want to do.

After being on the Dream twice it is really a beautiful ship but I think we like the Magic and Wonder better as they are smaller and hold less people. It really only matters on deck as the pools are far less crowded than on the Dream, it seems the Dream has the same deck and pool space but twice the people.

We started bringing a bottle or two of rum on the cruises, just saves you lots of money.

Have a good time, in my opinion you can't have a bad time with Disney Cruises.

Yeah I deff look forward to a Disney cruise. I've had friends that have done NCL, Carnival etc and they usually come back so poor because all they do is hit the casino which on Disney it's a huge plus because you a) have Disney entertainment (which is part of why you're there) and b) they don't have casinos. so no casino no wasting money. Save it for all the Disney cruise merch.
