RCI - Europe is all booked for May 2012????

I am a new member and wanted to go to Italy or England or most anywhere in Europe anytime during the month of May 2012. According to the DVC rep, though, the only openings are in Finland or at one of the big beach resorts in Portugal. Is this usual? Will I have to book two years out to get rooms at any of the Disney World Passport locations? I had no idea it would be so difficult to do, and I must admit I'm rather discouraged. Is this what others have experienced also?

Since it's only 7 months until May 2012 that could be a factor. Maybe you need to be flexible on the month. We've never traded to Europe though. Maybe someone else could give better advice.

Hmm. If I'm going to have to book two years out, can I really make it special and combine three years' worth of points? Banking 2011, using 2012 and borrowing 2013? Or can't you do that?

You can bank - use - borrow and have up to 3 years of points combined for a single reservation. Good luck getting something you like!
