Word came down today that the Busch parks (including Sea World) raised ticket prices.

http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/business_tourism_aviation/2008/06/seaworld-busch.html

According to the write-up posted on Screamscape.com, when one of Orlando's "big three" (Busch, Universal, Disney) makes the move, it's typical for the other two to follow shortly after. News of Disney price hikes normally hits the airwaves a couple of days before the new prices go into effect, so those preparing for trips later this year may want to keep an eye on the Internet. Annual Pass vouchers can be ordered from DVCMember.com at whatever price is in effect at the time of the purchase.

The last price increase for Disney was August '07, so we're certainly within the typical window for them to increase prices across the board.

Tim I don't see anywhere on DVCMember.com to order Annual Passes. I believe you have to go to Disneyworld.com and order them there, or call member services.

If I am wrong can you please link us to the AP renewal page on the member site? Gracias!

After logging into the Members site go to Member Priv. and then to Member Perks. Click on WDW and it should be the first perk listed for WDW. That is how I did it a few months ago when I ordered our vouchers.

Hope this helps.

Yep, that worked, thanks. The link on the DVC official site brings you to the regular WDW site, where you can indeed buy DVC discounted passes.

I was able to renew my ap last year via the ap only site on Disneyworld.com, but I don't have my ap with me to punch the numbers in and get to that page right now to see if that's still an option.

In any case thanks for the info Matt, I missed that link when I looked earlier today.:embarassed:
