Disneyland Dining plan

Does anyone know how to book the Disney dining plan? We are staying at the Grand Californian in October and we can get our park hopper passes online but the link for the dining plan just takes us to an explanation of the plan with no way to book it or add it to our cart.
The plan worked great for us last time we went but that was part of a 7 day vacation package as we were not yet members.We actually had a hard time using all our vouchers and we had a 5 day plan for 4 of us

You can Google it, but contacting them is the best thing to do. Vacations are really good, but they are also an enormous gamble.
