Disney security...

I was just thinking about Disney security and I was wondering what exactly do they check for when they check your bags at the entrance, does anyone know?

I think it's just a basic check for weapons. But I've read that it's more to make guests feel safer than to a real security check. I think Disney really depends on their cameras which are everywhere and hidden.

One time, I heard a Security Guard tell a guest he was looking for the winning lottery ticket!

I suppose the Guards are looking for dangerous weapons or alcohol. I don't really know. Most of the time I've found the Guards to be friendly and willing to interact with guests.
