Help..help! Lost Firefox!

DRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure what happened- all of a sudden my screen went all white and a pop-up came up saying I can send an error report saying it is not responding. I keep trying to get Firefox back but it keeps showing me the same message. I have shut down- restarted- unplugged everything and plugged everything back in- cleared my cache- did a virus scan and still get the same message! :boohoohoo:

Im on Explorer now- but I have all my favorites and stuff on Firefox-

Anyone have any ideas????????? Im going bonkers!:silly:

Next time jj hold the screen upside down over your head and shake it vigorously. Then keep turning the two knobs in the lower left & right corners until something appears that you recognize.
