Has anyone been to club 33? I was thinking of applying for membership, seeign I would have 10 years to wait plenty of time to come up with the 10K membership fees.

Just wondering if anybody is a member or has been there?

Thanks

No help ever going to Club 33 but here is an excerpt from their unofficial website (http://www.disneylandclub33.com/index.html):
We invite you to read the following information, but please be aware that Club 33 has closed the membership waiting list. Interest in the club has grown tremendously and the waiting list has reached it's maximum allowable number. To help manage the list, applications for membership are no longer being accepted. We will update this page when the membership list re-opens.

I saw that, but I also noticed it is not a Disney.go.com url so I was not sure if all the info on the website was correct. :confused24:

Yeah I know but from what I could find that is the only reliable Club 33 website. I did find elsewhere that it is a $7500 membership free at $2500 annual dues. So $10,000 would cover your first year but $2500 a year after that

I have been to Club 33 several times as I know someone who knows someone who knows someone that is a member

It truly is a unique experience. The best is going out on the balconies on the second floor of New Orleans Square. The views are very nice, and people down below seem to look up and wonder how you get up there.

I hear the one in Tokyo Disneyland is even larger with the balconies overlooking Cinderella Castle Gardens. I was able to catch a glimpse of the lobby when guests were exiting, it looked equally exquisite.

I've been to Club 33 twice. Both were parts of the Haunted Mansion Holiday event.

Right now the best way to get a Club 33 membership is to find a member who is selling their membership as cheesy as that sounds.

Members are allowed to do that. I don't know what they'd charge you for it but I'd guess a little more than the initial membership cost.

Can I get a reservation when we decide to come to DL?

There's the tricky part. You'd have to find a member and ask him/her if either they or any member they know is thinking of selling their membership which is extremely rare. I've also heard that the bulk of the memberships are corporations and not individuals which is why there is such a long wait and membership transfers are rare.
