Sorry guys I can't remember how to put the vacation ticker onto my profile. Can anyone give me a clue?:silly:

I see a ticker on your posts david, so I am confused?

To put a ticker into your signature go to "user Cp" (Go to teh blue bar attowards top of this pagem "user cp" is on your left). From there click "edit signature".
To get the ticker in your signature you have to go to a ticker site and then copy and paste the image code generated by the ticker site into your signature. Do NOT use the HTML code, these boards don't support HTML.

To get to a ticker site just click on the ticker of anyone who has one in their siggy.

I've been trying that and all I get is "invalid file" or "file to large", that's why I was wondering if I was doing something wrong:confused24:. I went to Magic Kingdoms where I got the first ticker to get one for the Christmas trip and that's when the trouble started.

Hmmm I am not sure, sounds like the picture you are using is too big for the ticker site? But I really don't know for sure. Have you tried another ticker site other than the Magic Kingdoms?

Mar I just used the Christmas banner :santa:. I will try to use the ticker that you use and see what happens.

I am such a duffus:silly:! I was pasting it in the wrong place. As you can see it works fine, just not the nut behind the wheel :oweye:.

Yay! I realized on the way to work that you were adding a banner, not your own picture, and was going to correct my last post when I got here. But you figured it allll out, wtg! :cheerleader:

Mar I need your help. I am having the worst time trying to put a new ticker on my siggy. I even used the site you use and I can't get it to work. What in the world am I doing wrong?:confused24:

Mar, I swear I am so sorry to bother you. I kept trying to post the thread in the line under the screen instead IN the screen. I will try to remember from now on ad not agrivate you.

P.S. I am applying for the "Moms" panel this year :yahoo:!

Thanks Mar. I just have brain fade once in a while (more frequent as of late :rolleyes:). I kind of thought the same thing about the Moms panel, but recently I have come to the conclusion that if you put it off you might not get another chance. It seems that life goes by so quickly and there are so many things that I want to do and haven't :(! Hey I got my add on on the wait list. It's at OKW and not VWL but hey it's one more day at The Happiest Place on Earth :yahoo:and that's fine with me!
